- 1 x Victorinox poultry shears, plastic handle, replaceable spring (7.6344)
- 1 x F.Dick MasterGrip poultry knife, 10cm / 4″, half-flex, orange (8288210-53)
- 1 x AOS 2-piece canvas knife roll, Australian made (KN2PWCF)
The Victorinox shears unscrew for a proper clean at the end of a big day, and the spring is replaceable rather than the whole tool.
