Helle Harding Rubin – 2026 Limited Edition Knife

The Helle Harding Rubin 2026 Limited Edition marks 40 years of the Harding, originally created by Helle craftsman Erling Opstad in 1986. Blade: 10cm (3.94″) triple-laminated H3LS stainless steel with a polished, drop-point Scandi grind, 3.1mm thick. Overall length 21cm. Handle combines spalted beech preserved since 1986, stabilised Kebony beech, and ruby-red dyed leather, hand-shaped into the classic Harding barrel profile – no two handles are identical. Includes a genuine black leather sheath with red stitching. Weight including sheath: 148g. Limited to 1,000 pieces worldwide.
