Delivery times vary depending on your location:

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier availability, public holidays, or other disruptions.
For deliveries to remote or rural locations, please be aware that shipping times and costs may vary. While we strive to offer consistent delivery across Australia, certain remote areas may experience extended delivery times or additional shipping fees. If additional shipping fees apply we will contact you before fulfilling your order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. You will also receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped. If you would like an update on your order, please call us or send us a message with your order number.
Refunds
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively you can visit us in person at our store.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item please contact us or drop into our store.
