The Work Sharp Benchstone Knife Sharpener is an angle-guided, 3-sided abrasive sharpening system. Medium and fine grit diamond plates quickly restore an edge, while a fine grit ceramic stone hones it to a keen finish. The Pivot-Response base allows the abrasive to follow the curve of the blade for more even sharpening, and can be locked for a rigid sharpening surface.
Interchangeable 20°/25° angle guides are included (15°/17° guides sold separately). Weight: approx. 0.41kg.
