Ordering and Shipping
Orders can be placed directly through our website, by calling the store, or by visiting us in person.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and store gift cards.
Currently, we only ship within Australia.
Standard shipping within Australia takes 5-7 working days, and Express shipping takes 2-5 working days. We offer free shipping on orders over $250.
The courier companies have adapted their procedures to guarantee the safety of our employees and our community. We thank you for your patience, as there may be some delays to deliveries. We remind you that you can still find us at Mango.com and on all our online channels.
Knife Sharpening Service
Drop off your knives at our store, and our professional sharpening experts will have them ready within 1 day (subject to demand). For larger orders, the turnaround time may increase slightly.
Our pricing for knife sharpening is as follows:
- 0 - 13 cm: $15.00
- 14 - 21 cm: $25.00
- 22 – 30 cm: $35.00
- 31 – 40 cm: $45.00
- Tip Restoration: $15.00
- Chip Removal: $15.00
- Grind Adjustment: $50.00
- Major Blade Reprofile: $40.00 – $60.00
- Barber Scissors: $50.00 – $60.00
- Secateurs: $30.00
Note: Every 5th knife is sharpened for free! All knives are hand sharpened using whetstones unless major reshaping is needed. No additional charges will be applied without consulting the knife owner first.

Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 7-14 days of receiving the product, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
You can bring your item into the store for a return or exchange, or mail it back to us following the instructions on our Refund and Returns Policy. Please include your original receipt.
